Liam Evans-Ford, executive director at Theatr Clwyd, will deliver a talk to delegates at the Institute of Directors (IoD) North Wales annual Christmas lunch.
And Only Boys Aloud, a nationally renowned Welsh choir, will entertain guests during the afternoon.
The festive lunch, which is being jointly held with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Cymru Wales, is open to North Wales business leaders and includes a networking session.
Liam will discuss his role managing Theatr Clwyd, which has produced 23 plays watched by more than 700,000 people during the past two years.
The experienced arts boss is currently working on redevelopment plans for the theatre, as it aims to become a 21st century hub for world-class theatre, film, art, and music.
Only Boys Aloud rose to fame after finishing third in ITV’s Britain’s Got Talent show in 2012, and has sung at No 10 Downing Street, on BBC One’s Sport Relief programme, and at the Wales Millennium Centre in Cardiff.
Choral conductor Tim Rhys-Evans MBE established the choir as a charity in 2010, encouraging young men from disadvantaged backgrounds to engage in the arts, build confidence, and develop social skills.
Today, the organisation delivers 14 choirs across Wales, and engages with 200 boys between the ages of 11-19 every week.
Helen Watson, IoD North Wales ambassador and partner and head of employment law at Aaron & Partners, said: “The Christmas lunch is a highlight of the IoD’s calendar, and this year we’re in the company of creative talent.
“Liam’s experience combines the arts and business, giving him a fascinating insight into running organisations which will I’m sure will be both entertaining and interesting to our guests.
“Only Boys Aloud is an inspirational organisation, and we can’t wait to watch the choir, which will include local Conwy schoolboys, in action.
