The Manchester based Data-Driven Creative agency has been tasked with undertaking a full rebrand project for Surcare, the skin sensitive laundry and washing up liquid brand.
IF Agency’s Account Manager Laura Jones enthused ‘It’s a dream brief! A range of products for which there is a really genuine need and a loyal following. We’re using data analytics to drive customer insight and a unique proposition, before we develop a new brand identity and concept – it’s all good’
Owned by McBride, Surcare produce a full range of products which contain no enzymes, dyes, fragrances or acids and for the last 30 years has been a firm favourite with those looking for outstanding cleaning without the nasties.
The project will see the IF team develop the brand and deliver a range of consumer and trade focused comms, including brand book, packaging, consumer ads and trade promotions. Starting with an intensive customer profiling and segmentation exercise which will inform the brand strategy based on a true understanding of the audience.
