Best selling author to reveal Code to Success in business at exclusive IOD Liverpool event

Best selling author to reveal Code to Success in business at exclusive IOD Liverpool event

The Liverpool branch of the Institute of Directors has revealed it will be hosting an audience with best-selling author, speaker and coach Steve McNicholas next month. After a successful 30-year executive career across several businesses and industries, McNicholas formed his own consultancy and training business, Moldan Consulting, in 2018. His first book, Recipe for Success, co-authored with New York Times best-selling author Jack Canfield, reached best-seller status in March 2019.  His latest book, Unlock the SUCCESS Code® - 7 Steps to Succeed in Life and Work, was released last month and is already climbing high in the best seller charts  https://amzn.to/2ZvTE2a

Speaking about his latest book, McNicholas said: “In essence, I’ve been looking to use my 30 year business career plus a decade of personal research on what drives and ensures success, to help as many organisations as possible to do exactly that - unlock the code - at an individual and team level.

“Both books are proving to be valuable vehicles via which I’ve highlighted how I help businesses with some of their key challenges. Not hitting key goals, targets and objectives cover the most common requests I receive along with being approached to help those who are looking for a way to fix the issue. I also work with management teams that need a fresh approach to leading their teams more effectively plus those concerned with the reputational impact of business leaders when the team isn’t delivering and how to deal with that.”

Prior to forming his own consulting business, McNicholas has held several director and executive roles throughout his career, including positions at Santander Group, Royal Bank of Scotland and TransUnion, and consulted for several organisations in the UK. McNicholas has continuously sought to develop his business education by attending programmes at The Liverpool University Management School and at Harvard Business School.
