Revive Management, a fintech company specialising in billing and payments solutions, has appointed Context Public Relations to develop and deliver a social media strategy following a recent period of growth.
Revive Management provides digital collections solutions, incorporating SMS and email reminders for due and overdue bills, and a self-service payment tool that recipients of these reminders can access for immediate payment.
The company’s communication platform delivers more than 2 million messages per day and is used by businesses serving more than 95% of the UK population including EDF Energy, Siemens, AA and E.ON. The platform reduces costs associated with legacy collection methods while making it easier for customers and can also be used for gathering customer feedback.
Context will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive social content strategy, promoting new and existing partnerships, the ongoing growth of the business, and expanding Revive Management’s online profile, reaching those in the fintech space, as well as other key sectors including retail, utility, financial services and telecoms.
This new agreement marks the seventh account win for Context in 2019.
Frank Smith, MD at Context, said: “Revive Management has established itself as a trusted provider of payment applications and we are looking forward to working with the team as they expand their already impressive client portfolio.”
Tom Pugh, Client Services Director at Revive Management said: “This is an exciting time for Revive Management.
“We already provide payment solutions to industry-leading companies and we’re looking forward to working with an experienced partner to help further raise our profile.
